July 14, 2023 – SVN | Denver Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of  an approximate 2200 square foot office property for $1,714,285.00.  The Seller was Arbor House, LLC, who had occupied the property since 1996 and operated a mental health collective business at the site.  Buyer is Tribe Recovery Homes, Inc.  Buyer utilized grants and financing to obtain the property, which becomes the first property in their network that they own outright. 

Steve Kawulok and Brian McCririe with SVN | Denver Commercial represented the Seller, while Bryan and Erika Staggs with Key Team Real Estate Corp represented the Buyer. The site received a historic landmark designation in 1996, after it was restored by Arbor House, LLC.  According to Kawulok, “the sale price was supported by the presence of seven off-street parking spaces, which includes a three-bay storage and carport structure off the alley access point. These are rare along the Pearl Street corridor in Boulder, which is a micro-market of its own.  The location is of strategic importance to the Buyer in order to serve their clientele in this much needed service for the community.”
