The Seller was Arbor House, LLC, who had occupied the property since 1996 and operated a mental health collective business at the site. Buyer is Tribe Recovery Homes, Inc. Buyer utilized grants and financing to obtain the property, which becomes the first property in their network that they own outright.

The site received a historic landmark designation in 1996, after it was restored by Arbor House, LLC.
