“The Buyer had an imminent 1031 Exchange and was attracted to this high-traffic location at one of the busiest intersections in the State.” said Kevin Matthews “We had a lot of interest in the property, but the higher interest rates and cost of capital required some creativity from both sides to structure a deal that worked for everyone.”
