Westwood Neighborhood Community Center
A new concept plan proposes The Alma Project, a 7,772-square-foot Westwood neighborhood community center at 3851 W. Custer Place in Denver. Developed by Lifespan Local and designed by Point West Design Works, the facility would offer family wellness, maternal mental health, and education services around a central courtyard. The project is currently in Denver’s concept plan review stage as part of broader investment across the Westwood neighborhood.
