Aurora, CO- Kevin Matthews and Troy Meyer are pleased to announce the sale of a single-tenant property leased to Best Buy corporation located at 13801 E Mississippi Avenue in Aurora. The 45,000 sq. ft. retail building sold for $5,800,000.

“The seller had owned the property since it was built for Best Buy in the mid-1990s and had decided that now was the time to divest of this asset,” said Troy Meyer. “We received several offers on the property. The successful purchaser was attracted the fundamental value of the real estate and was able to utilize a reverse 1031 exchange to acquire the property.”
