    • The Advance Skin Care Institute has leases 1601 sq ft of space at 1113 Stoney Hill, Suite D, in Fort Collins from landlord Albrecht-Stoner Investments. Cobey Wess with SVN/Denver Commercial represented the tenant, and Nick Norton with Waypoint Real Estate represented the landlord. The lease commenced on 12/01/2018

    • 2800 Caribou Partners, owners of the office park at 2020 Lowe Street, leased 2540 sq ft to Reliable Power Consultants. Bill Reilly with SVN/Denver Commercial represented the landlord, and Caroline Veldman of Waypoint Real Estate represented the tenant.
