Kevin Matthews and Troy Meyer with SVN | Denver Commercial handled the sale between the seller Tracker 162 LLC and the buyers A3M2 Family LLC and A&S Realty Investments.
This four-tenant strip center, shadow anchored by Bass Pro Shops, was purchased by a repeat 1031 exchange client, who purchased another retail property in north Colorado Springs last month.
“The purchase was part of a 1031 for the buyer, who resides in California. The buyer was attracted to the dynamic high growth location in north Colorado Springs along with the stable tenancy at 100% occupancy. The transaction closed in 30 days, all cash” said Kevin Matthews.
