Silverline Trailers national trailer sales company has secured 3,600 square feet at 10205 Brighton Rd in Henderson, including 2,400 square feet of warehouse/shop space, 1,200 square feet of storage, and 2.71 acres of fenced I-2 yard space. The landlord, Ft. Gibson, LLC and the tenant, Silverline Trailers were represented in the transaction by Corey Murray, SVN Denver Commercial, who served as the transaction coordinator. This lease highlights the continued demand for hard-to find industrial outdoor storage properties with shop space in the northern Denver market.
