September 2, 2021 – SVN | Denver Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of Maplewood Estates Block 1, Lot 1 in Eaton, CO. The 47,480 sq. ft. land property was sold for $320,000.00.
This was the final lot sale of a ten-lot complex at Maplewood along Highway 85 owned by Brunner-Renfroe Real Estate, LLC. Cobey Wess with SVN | Denver Commercial’s Northern Colorado Division represented the Seller in the lot transactions, adding a Circle K, AutoZone, and various office and retail buildings. Wess continues to list proposed, new office condos in the center that will be for sale or lease ranging from 2,500-9,000 square feet.
CBRE represented the Buyer in the final lot sale. Ziggi’s Coffee is planning a drive thru at this location.
