The five-unit investment property with local tenants/business owners was purchased by a local investor. “Sellers were originally tenants in one of the units before they purchased the building in 2005,” said Cobey Wess. “It has been a solid investment for them and the timing of the sale worked out as they relocate to be closer to their grandchildren.”
