Leder represented the Seller in an off-market transaction. She brought the Buyer to the Seller after Buyer had lost a bidding war on another of Leder’s listings nearby. Seller had not been able to sell the property prior when it was listed to the public. The deal closed in just over two months. Buyer will be renovating the property and opening a new gym concept.
